FRIDA Passenger Feedback – we are now launching the next step in digital performance follow-up

When passengers report issues on vehicles, they often use existing feedback channels – web forms, apps, or other digital contact points. But for many transport authorities, these reports still end up in manual workflows: emails, spreadsheets, and phone calls. It is time-consuming, difficult to quality-assure, and often results in issues not being linked to the correct vehicle or route.

We want to change that.

FRIDA Passenger Feedback receives information directly from your existing feedback solutions – without the passenger having to do anything differently – and translates these reports into structured vehicle inspections in FRIDA.
No manual handling. No detours. Directly into your ordinary performance monitoring processes.

What does this mean in practice?

  • Passenger issue reports are automatically transferred into FRIDA from your digital contact channels, such as web and app

  • A vehicle inspection is automatically created with the correct vehicle, route, date and time, along with the passenger’s comments and any attached images

  • The inspection can be sent directly to the operator or first reviewed by an administrator

  • Everything is logged and follows the same traceability and structure as all other follow-up processes in FRIDA

Less manual work, higher data quality, and faster feedback throughout the entire chain – from passenger to authority and operator.
