Today, FRIDA is used by all Public Transport Authorities in Sweden and by the largest regional actors in Norway. Our clients are responsible for contracted Public Transport that affects millions of passengers every day – with high demands on accessibility, environment, and quality. Together we are developing a digital way of working that strengthens the relationship between authorities and operators – and that makes a difference in people’s everyday lives.

Even though the Public Transport Authorities are formally our customers, their transport companies and PTOs are often daily users of each FRIDA environment. Therefore, we also build strong, close relationships with them – relationships that in practice function as a partnership.
