FRIDA is used by all contracting authorities in Sweden and the largest in Norway. They are responsible for contracted public transport that every day affects millions of passengers, with high demands on on-time performance, compliance monitoring, environment, safety and quality. Although the contracting authority is our formal customer, operators are often daily users of each FRIDA environment. 

That is why we also build strong, close relationships with them, relationships that in practice function as a partnership. Together, we develop a digital way of working that strengthens the relationship between contracting authorities and operators and makes a difference in people’s everyday lives.
