We’ve expanded nordicport.se with a new section: “Customer stories.”
We had a journalist visit and interview people who work with our platform FRIDA every day, in various roles and at different customers. The photo above is from our latest visit, at X-trafik in Gävleborg, where vehicle specialist John Wendler shows how FRIDA is used for receiving inspections of new buses before they’re put into service. He goes point by point through the vehicle on his tablet, logs any deviations, and automatically sends the report on for action.
This is just one of several stories we’ve collected, from customers such as Länstrafiken in Västerbotten, Skyss, Region Uppsala, and Västtrafik. We’ll keep adding more voices going forward.
