On March 18–19, the FRIDA community gathered at World of Volvo in Gothenburg – and it was something truly special.
The highest attendance ever. Customers from Sweden and Norway. Two days filled with discussions, presentations, and knowledge sharing that can only happen when the right people are in the same room.
One of the highlights was a presentation by Claes Kanold from Ruter Radical Innovations, who took us into the future of public transport. Inspiring, challenging, and thought-provoking – exactly the kind of perspective that turns a user meeting into something more than just a meeting.
We also had product updates to share. Among other things, we presented insights from the first pilot installations of Fleet Compliance – a feature that provides a completely new level of fleet overview and ensures that only the correct and approved vehicles are used in traffic.
The meeting concluded with a Mentimeter exercise, which showed that both Swedish and Norwegian public transport operators have a very high level of maturity when it comes to managing contracted public transport. It also provided valuable input on how FRIDA should evolve moving forward to become a more complete solution for PTSM.
